Profile: Business Development Manager
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: min 5 Years to 6 Years
Qualification Required: Post graduate (Regular)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Generation by pitching eCommerce Consultancy Services and Solutions to prospective Clients.
2. Pitching about VOILA business through calls, f2f meetings and/or virtual connects.
3. Customer Relationship Management throughout the life cycle
4. Ability to classify leads and smart lead filtering acumen
5. Coordinate with other teams for effective & smooth process flow.
6. Maintain the sales pipeline and take continuous follow ups throughout the sales process.
7. Build good report with the clients and take feedback to increase customer satisfaction.
8. Assigning tasks and setting goals for team members
9. Monitoring team performance and providing feedback
10. Team Handling experience
11. Good Communication skill
12. Ecommerce industry (amazon, Flipkart)
