Job Description
- Provide support to sales executives by assisting with lead generation and qualification
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and establish contact
- Act as a liaison between sales executives and customers to facilitate communication and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM system
- Assist with scheduling appointments and follow-up calls
- Help prepare sales proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with the sales team on strategies to meet sales targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide reports to management
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
