Job Description
- Responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through professional and courteous communication
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide feedback and insights on customer preferences and market trends to improve sales strategies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively promote offerings
- Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and prompt resolution
- Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales deals
