Job Description
Position: Customer Service/Sales Executive
Location: Corporate Office (Lab)
Shift Timings:
6 Days Working
Rotational Shifts (9-hour shifts)
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
Customer Support: Up to ₹28,000 CTC
Sales (Fresher or Experienced in Any Other Sales Profile): Up to ₹30,000 CTC
Sales (Experience in Health Insurance): Up to ₹35,000 CTC
Incentives: ₹40,000+ based on performance
Meal Benefits: Breakfast and Dinner provided
Convenience: ₹100 daily conveyance allowance

Qualification: Open to any qualification
Experience:
- Freshers are welcome
- Experienced candidates will be preferred

- Ability to handle customer queries efficiently
- Sales aptitude and ability to meet targets
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with queries and provide excellent service
- Engage in sales activities to promote and sell products/services
- Work in a dynamic environment with a focus on meeting customer needs
- Maintain customer records and process transactions
