Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Telecaller to join our team based in Chennai or someone willing to relocate. If you have excellent communication skills and are ready to take on the challenge of sales, we want to hear from you. The role offers a fixed salary if you choose to work from the office and a performance-based structure if you prefer to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of generating interest in our products/services.
- Communicate effectively and professionally, presenting our products' features and benefits.
- Engage with potential customers to answer inquiries and address concerns.
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to drive conversions and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Candidates must be based in Chennai or willing to relocate.
- Fixed Salary for Office-Based Telecallers; Performance-Based for Work from Home.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.
- Motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to achieve and surpass sales targets.
