Job Description

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote travel packages and services offered by Majestic Wings
- Actively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate travel options
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and update customer information
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive overall team success
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Majestic Wings in the market
- Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
