Job Description

We are hiring for Tele Sales Executive -( B2B Sales )
Experience – 2 to 3 Yrs
Salary – 12,000/- to 25,000/-PER MONTH
Location – Janakpuri Delhi & Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Engage with the potential and existing customers to inform about the product or services offered.
• Assess the needs and requirements of customer.
• Handle the grievances of the customer and offer advice to resolve them.
• Keep records of the sales phone calls and note useful information.
• Pitch the services directly to the potential customers.
• Store and update the customer information in the database.
• Timely delivery of all the data sets to the clients over WhatsApp etc.

Tele caller Skills and Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Prior experience of 1-2 years in tele calling cum inside sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant knowledge of MS office and telephone systems.
• Ability to provide information about product and services in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Punctual, Disciplined

Location: Mayapuri Phase 2, West Delhi
Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: 12K to 15K Monthly + Incentives
