Job Description
- Tele Counsellor- Domestic position at Frankfinn
- Responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students
- Provide comprehensive information about courses offered by Frankfinn
- Address queries and concerns raised by potential students
- Maintain accurate records of all calls made and sales
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets set by the management
- Collaborate with the admissions team to meet enrollment goals
- Handle objections and provide solutions to potential students
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings
