Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to pitch job solutions provided by VU Job solution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while communicating with clients.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by VU Job solution.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing efforts.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and transactions with clients in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the management team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competition in order to stay ahead of the curve.
