Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and requirements
- Source qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future positions
- Keep abreast of market trends and best practices in talent sourcing
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Track metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
- Represent Meesho at industry events and career fairs to attract top talent.
