Job Description
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent for multiple positions
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process from initial outreach to offer acceptance
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings
- Utilize recruitment technology and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate status
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
