Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Fashion Stylist for our luxury multi-designer store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of the store, from managing stock to providing top-tier customer service. As a Senior Fashion Stylist, you must possess a deep understanding of luxury sales, offering clients a unique and personalized shopping experience that goes beyond standard retail service.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations Management:

• Oversee the entire store, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Manage both incoming and outgoing stock, including on-floor and packaged inventory.

• Maintain a meticulous awareness of available stock, anticipating reorders and stock

updates as necessary.

• Regularly conduct stock takes to ensure accuracy and availability of products.

2. Visual Merchandising:

• Execute high-standard visual merchandising, ensuring the store reflects luxury aesthetics

and brand values.

• Regularly refresh displays to highlight new arrivals and create a visually appealing

shopping environment.

3. Sales & Client Relations:

• Drive sales by delivering a premium shopping experience tailored to individual clients.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their

preferences and offering personalized styling advice.

• Approach each client interaction with warmth, ensuring a welcoming and hospitable

atmosphere.

• Master the art of luxury sales, knowing how to subtly guide clients toward purchases

without high-pressure tactics.

• Handle VIP clientele with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

4. Communication with Designers:

• Maintain open and professional communication with designers, ensuring smooth

coordination for orders, returns, and special requests.

• Stay informed about the latest collections and trends from each designer represented in

the store.

5. Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Support and guide junior staff in sales techniques and product knowledge.

• Foster a positive team environment that aligns with the store’s luxury branding and

service standards.

Work Location - Alwarpet (Chennai)

Working Days & Timings - Monday to Sunday (One day off will be given during week days) & 10am to 8pm.
