Job Description
Ensuring all receipts, transfers, damages and RTVs are accurately recorded and verified Ensures merchandise is properly unloaded and checked into the store’s inventory system Lows and outs process Seasonal pack away Partners with District Manager of any inventory discrepancies prior to posting (need DM authorization to post) Map and maintain relationships at all levels within the complete government and defense accounts echo system – IT Heads, policy makers, consultants, advisor's, partners and other key decision makers and influencer Develop and inspire a team of passionate and energetic Regional, Area and Store Managers Promote team learning by ensuring thorough induction process, monthly workshops, sales reviews, & floor walks take place in key markets Ensure visual merchandising, housekeeping and store presentation are in line with company standards Management of stock received and stock sent to minimise shrinkage
