Position – Senior Retail Interior Designer

Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra

About the Role
The Monarch Enterprises is seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Retail Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of innovative retail environments. This role requires a strong design sensibility, leadership skills, and the ability to translate brand identity into impactful customer experiences across retail spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and development of retail store designs and layouts.
- Create and present high-quality 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and design presentations.
- Develop detailed working drawings, GFCs.
- Oversee project execution and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure adherence to design standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Mentor and guide junior designers and design teams.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, lighting, and retail fixtures.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver design solutions.
Skills Required
- Strong expertise in retail store design, space planning, and visual merchandising
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design tools
- Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and display systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail
Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture Engineering
- 1–10 years of relevant experience in retail interior design

Compensation & Work Details
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹90,000 per month (based on experience)
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
