Job Description
- Achieving Targets for freight Volumes and Gross Margins.
- Thrives in a fast pace environment
-Securing customers through face to face meetings and by maintaining a strong prospect pipeline for regular conversion.
- Desire to help customers in all conditions.
- Problem solving skills to navigate complicated issues
- Collecting market intelligence and identifying new business opportunities.
Critical thinker who can propose solutions to Clients in accordance with the Camel port platform.
Must Haves :
- Candidate must have a proven track record of business development excellence in freight forwarding field, with 5+ Years of experience in the industry.
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Effective Verbal and written communication is one of the basic requirements for the position.
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve success.
- Able to work with little supervision
