Job Description
- Oversee and manage the company's financial operations and accounting processes
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making
- Supervise a team of accountants and finance professionals to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic financial plans and goals
- Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Manage the company's cash flow and ensure timely payment of bills and invoices
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for annual audits and tax filings
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, vendors, and other financial stakeholders
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in real estate finance and accounting
- Provide guidance and support to management on financial matters and business decisions.
