Job Description

We are hiring for Software PreSales Consultant for one of the company located in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement -
•   Conduct discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their business objectives, pain
•   points, and technical requirements.
•   Collaborate with sales teams to develop a deep understanding of client needs and tailor software
•   demonstrations and presentations accordingly.

Technical Expertise -
•   Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our software solutions and how they align with
•   client requirements.
•   Provide technical guidance and insights to clients during the pre-sales process, including
•   addressing technical inquiries and conducting product demonstrations.
Solution Design -
•   Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and implementation teams, to
•   design customized solutions that meet client needs.
•   Develop detailed proposals and solution architectures that outline the value proposition of our
•   software solutions.

Relationship Management -
•   Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients by serving as a trusted advisor
•   throughout the pre-sales process.
•   Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from
•   pre-sales to post-sales activities.

Sales Support -
•   Support sales teams in developing sales strategies and tactics to effectively position our software
•   solutions in the market.
•   Assist in the preparation of sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and product documentation.

Good to Have

* Knowledge of telecom billing domain
* Experience working with clients in the US is a plus
* Experience working with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus

Required Experience: 2-4 Years ( Freshers Not eligible)

Required Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration.
