Job Description
Position: Social Media Designer (Brand Content + Carousels + Visual Systems)
Location: Indore
Experience: 1-3 years (portfolio matters more than years)
Reporting to: Founder / Brand Strategist / Marketing Lead
Role Summary
Design content that earns attention and feels like the brand. You will create carousels, templates, and content systems for our studio and client brands - clean, strategic, and consistent.
What you will do
- Design Instagram + LinkedIn assets: carousels, posts, stories, reel covers, thumbnails.
- Build reusable template systems: grids, components, and visual rules.
- Turn ideas into visual narratives (hook to flow to payoff).
- Collaborate with writer/strategy to keep content clear and punchy.
- Deliver production-ready exports with clean sizing, naming, and consistency.
- Maintain typography and layout discipline across every asset.
Must-have requirements (non-negotiables)
- Strong portfolio with social design work (carousels + brand-led content).
- Onsite availability in Indore (or ready to relocate).
- Strong command of Figma + Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator).
- Excellent typography, hierarchy, spacing, and readability.
- You can design within a brand system (not random one-off posts).
- You understand marketing basics: attention, clarity, retention, CTA.
Nice-to-have (bonus)
- Motion skills: simple animations, kinetic text, reels edits (AE/Premiere/CapCut).
- Agency workflow experience and comfort working with founders.
- Exposure to D2C/FMCG styles and performance content
