Job Title: Site Cum Billing Engineer
Department: Projects / Site Execution
Location: Pernem, North Goa
Experience Required: Minimum 3+ Years
Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Salary: Upto 40,000/- depending on experience
Shift Time: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Site Cum Billing Engineer with hands-on experience in construction and interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, quantity verification, billing processes, project documentation, and coordination with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, material usage, and workmanship quality.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and submit progress updates to management.
- Take site measurements and maintain daily progress reports (DPRs).
Billing & Quantity Verification
- Prepare client bills, contractor bills, and vendor bills.
- Verify quantities based on BOQ, site measurements, and executed work.
- Prepare Running Account (RA) bills and final bills.
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with accounts and procurement teams for billing approvals and payment processing.
- Track material consumption and perform material reconciliation.
Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain accurate site documentation, reports, checklists, and project records.
- Prepare work progress reports and billing summaries.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for execution activities.
- Assist in material planning and site requirement management.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction site execution and billing procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and measurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting documentation.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction or interior project execution and billing.
- Experience handling multiple sites/projects will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage project responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
