Job Description
We’re hiring for Senior Service Management Consultant
Budget: 30-40 LPA
Experience: 12-15 yrs
Roles and responsibilities will include
- Leading large-scale IT service, asset, and operations transformation programs
- Define the enterprise roadmap for ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM
- Architect CMDB and Asset Discovery solutions across:
- On-prem environments
- Multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, etc)
- SaaS applications
- Design and implement solutions using Jira Service Management
- Drive customer workshops independently
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives
- Establish governance models, frameworks, and standards
- Mentor teams and drive adoption of best practices
