Job Description
-
Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring Salesforce, and deploying applications.

Customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements, utilizing Apex, Visual force, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integration tools.
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
-
Develop and maintain Salesforce data architecture, ensuring high quality data governance and system performance.
-
Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and third party platforms.
-
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior consultants and Salesforce admins in the team.
-
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demos for business users to ensure proper usage and adoption of Salesforce functionalities.
-
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement necessary fixes or enhancements to ensure smooth operation of the Salesforce platform.

Stay updated on Salesforce trends, releases, and new features, recommending relevant updates or improvements to the current system.

Document technical solutions, configurations, and processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and future reference.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation, customization, and integration.

Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms.
-
Strong knowledge of Apex, Visual force, SOQL, and Salesforce Lightning.
-
Experience with Salesforce integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar.

Expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce workflows, validation rules, and security models.
-
Hands on experience with Salesforce API integrations using REST, SOAP, etc.
-
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Consultant) are highly desirable.

Strong problem solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and design appropriate Salesforce solutions.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in industries such as IT, Manufacturing, or Services is a plus.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies for project management.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce deployments.
