Job Description
We are hiring for Senior Manager. Responsible for Identifying / On-boarding Vendors with Small/Medium/Large size Fleet like Containers/Open Body/Trailers/Tempos/Lorry.
• Drive acquisition and retention of Transport Promoters/ Fleet Owners/Truckers for the assigned clusters
• Ensure compliance of business activities with guidelines to minimize/mitigate/eliminate relevant risks
• Understand Open Market and increase CV Placement in Market as per business need.
• Daily MV Rate analysis with placement and perform cost benefit analysis.
• Should be able to on board Strategic Vendors for (Long Term/Short Term/Spot Vendors)
Good understanding of how transport market and relationships between truckers, shippers and brokers work.
• Experience with an existing digital transport aggregation platform will be preferred.
