Job Description
We are currently hiring a Sr. Executive- Inside Sales- Health Insurance to lead our Sales function with the purpose of the company’s strategic goals
Role and Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Contact prospective customers via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels.
- Generate leads through cold calling, inbound inquiries, and other marketing activities.
- Qualify leads based on the customer’s health needs and financial requirements.
Product Presentation & Information:
- Explain and discuss the benefits and features of health insurance policies.
- Provide detailed product information and offer advice on the most suitable health insurance plans based on the customer’s profile.
- Address customer queries and concerns related to policies, premiums, coverage, and exclusions.
Sales Conversion:
- Close sales by actively persuading customers to purchase health insurance plans.
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and ensure that customers understand the value proposition.
- Ensure that the sales process is followed and meet the sales targets set by the management.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow-up with leads and customers to enhance the sales conversion rate and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure that allsales transactions are accurately recorded and compliant with industry standards and regulations
- Collect necessary documentation from customers for policy issuance. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and policies.
Achieve Sales Targets:
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
- Work closely with the sales manager to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration & Feedback:
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer preferences, needs, and market trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Certifications or training in sales or insurance
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Experience in selling health insurance or similar financial products is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals and meet targets.
- Good understanding of health insurance products and industry regulations.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Can write emails independently, can do voice communication in English Experience 1-3 Years

Level/Salary Range: 20k to 35k Plus Variable
