The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and other HR-related duties. This role will involve creating and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and providing support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of HR best practices and relevant experience in the healthcare or emergency services industry is preferred.

Job Description

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of GVK EMRI.
- Oversee recruitment and provide strategic guidance to hiring managers in the selection and onboarding of new employees.
- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation, ensuring competitive offerings and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce development needs and design and deliver training programs.
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in talent acquisition and retention.
- Mentor and develop HR team members, providing opportunities for growth and professional development.
