- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve company sales targets

- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Train and mentor sales staff to improve performance and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support sales efforts
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company products
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in sales processes and techniques.
