Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Prepared Food Division to drive business growth and expand our presence in the prepared food processing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, business development, and turnkey process solutions for prepared food manufacturers. The role requires expertise in solution selling, customer relationship management, and techno-commercial negotiations while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated food processing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in the prepared food segment.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with food manufacturers, consultants, and EPC contractors.
- Lead technical and commercial discussions with customers to understand their processing requirements and propose optimized solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close orders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order booking and project handover.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Process, Projects, and Service teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers while expanding business with new accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the prepared food industry.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

Ideal Candidate
- 10–15 years of sales experience in the prepared food processing industry.
- Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
- Strong technical understanding of food processing equipment and integrated processing solutions.
- Experience working with Ready-to-Eat (RTE), Ready-to-Cook (RTC), sauces, soups, dairy, or convenience food manufacturers is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development.
