Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Manager with experience in sales / Marketing at Reliance General Insurance.

- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities
- Train and mentor sales team members
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide sales reports to management
- Participate in conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company and generate leads.
