Job Description
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. Organizing sales visits and demonstrating and presenting products.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. Establishing new business.
- Maintaining accurate records. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Reviewing sales performance. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Negotiating contracts and packages. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
