Job Overview

We are looking for a driven Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to accelerate customer acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and scale Finclick 360 across the MSME ecosystem.

The ideal candidate thrives in an early-stage startup environment, enjoys consultative selling, and has a passion for technology, finance, and helping businesses grow through innovative SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition

Identify and engage MSMEs, startups, and growing businesses.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, WhatsApp, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct product demonstrations and communicate the value proposition of Finclick 360.
Convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Product Demonstrations & Consultative Selling

Understand customer business challenges and financial pain points.
Demonstrate AI-powered dashboards, financial analytics, and CFO insights.
Position Finclick 360 as a strategic business decision-making platform rather than just reporting software.
Gather customer feedback to support product enhancements.

Partnership Development

Build and nurture relationships with:

Chartered Accountants (CAs)
Virtual CFO Consultants
Tally Service Providers
Business Consultants
MSME Associations
Develop and manage channel partnerships to expand market reach and drive customer acquisition.

Customer Success

Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
Support product adoption and user engagement.
Collect customer testimonials and case studies.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Required Skills

2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
Experience in SaaS, FinTech, ERP, or Accounting Software is preferred.
Good understanding of MSMEs and business finance.
Knowledge of the Tally ecosystem is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to engage with founders, CEOs, finance teams, and business owners.
Consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
