Key responsibilities: 

• Actively prospect and generate leads to identify potential customers within the assigned territory.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitors' offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular communication and excellent customer service.
• Present and demonstrate our range of automobiles to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth sales processes, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate sales agreements, including pricing, financing options, and trade-in allowances, to close deals effectively.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, product developments, and competitors' activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations to management.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by the company.
• Attend sales meetings, training programs, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and professional development.

Educational requirements:

• MBA/ PGDM/ Diploma
• Experience: 0 to 1
• Freshers are also eligible

Skill(s) required

• English and Hindi Proficiency (Written&Verbal)
• MS-Excel

Probation: 3 months Salary during Probation: 10,000

After probation: Salary is up to 30,000 after Performace Evaluation.
