Membership Sales: Assist in selling coworking space memberships by identifying potential leads, conducting tours of the facility, and explaining the benefits and features of our coworking space.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and understand the needs of potential clients.
Client Engagement: Engage with prospective and current members, gather feedback, and contribute to enhancing member satisfaction and retention.
Marketing Support: Support marketing initiatives aimed at promoting the coworking space and generating leads. This may include social media campaigns, event participation, and networking.
Administrative Duties: Assist with administrative tasks related to sales, such as maintaining client databases, preparing sales materials, and managing inquiries.
Sales Strategy Contribution: Provide input on sales strategies and participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Strong interest in sales, customer service, and the coworking industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
