We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team of Tele Callers. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads, answer questions about products, and close sales deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a positive attitude. Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual. The Sales Executive must be able to work well under pressure, meet sales targets, and provide outstanding customer service. Job Description

- Make cold calls to potential clients to pitch products or services
- Follow up on leads and build relationships with clients
- Achieve or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or queries
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and update CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement sales initiatives
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
- Report to Sales Manager and provide regular updates on sales performance
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales techniques and processes.
