Job Description
- Make cold calls to potential clients to pitch products or services
- Follow up on leads and build relationships with clients
- Achieve or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or queries
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and update CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement sales initiatives
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
- Report to Sales Manager and provide regular updates on sales performance
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales techniques and processes.
