Job Description
- Responsible for generating new business leads and sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to meet sales targets
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions through product offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and stay current on industry trends
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management
- Attend trade shows and conferences to promote the company's products
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Continuously strive to exceed sales goals and KPIs to drive company growth.
Experience Requirements
1) English fluency is must
2) Excellent verbal communication
3) Familiarity with Web Sales and contact centre is an advantage
4) International Sales Exp will be a Plus
