Job Description
Position: Customer Service/Sales Executive
Location: Corporate Office (Lab)
Shift Timings:
- 6 Days Working
- Rotational Shifts (9-hour shifts)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary:
- Customer Support: Upto ₹28,000 CTC
- Sales (Fresher/Other Sales Experience): Upto ₹30,000 CTC
- Sales (Health Insurance Experience): Upto ₹35,000 CTC
- Incentives: ₹40,000+ based on performance
- Meal Benefits: Breakfast and Dinner provided
- Conveyance: ₹100 daily allowance
- Additional Benefits:
- Provident Fund (PF)
- Employee State Insurance (ESI)
- Medical Benefits
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Open to any qualification
- Experience:
- Freshers are welcome
- Experienced candidates preferred
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Customer service expertise
- Sales aptitude and ability to meet targets
- Ability to handle customer queries efficiently
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional customer assistance
- Engage in sales activities to promote products/services
- Maintain and update customer records
- Work towards achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment
