Reach Pneumatics is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth through developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective strategies. The Sales Executive will have a strong understanding of the pneumatic industry and excellent communication skills to effectively communicate product features and benefits. This position requires a self-starter with a proven track record in sales, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach. Job Description

- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Meet and exceed sales quotas and targets
- Identify opportunities for growth within the market and industry
- Conduct market research to stay informed on trends and competitors
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and represent the company
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and data for reporting purposes
