Sales Executive at TreadON Location: Gurugram, Haryana Company: TreadON, a digital marketing agency Job Description: As a Sales Executive at TreadON, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by nurturing leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and achieving our sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Nurturing leads through regular follow-ups and communication to move them through the sales funnel. Entering leads information in the CRM system and ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date. Managing and updating the CRM system to track leads, client interactions, and sales progress. Emailing company portfolio and profile to potential clients to showcase TreadON's services and capabilities. Inviting clients for meetings to discuss their digital marketing needs and how TreadON can help. Explaining TreadON's services in detail to potential clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Understanding clients' requirements and tailoring proposals to meet their specific needs. Sharing proposals with clients, highlighting the benefits and value of TreadON's services. Closing deals by negotiating terms and pricing, and securing the client's agreement to move forward. Key Result Areas (KRAs): Meeting sales targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management. Client acquisition and retention: Acquire new clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction to retain existing clients. Business development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of TreadON's client base. Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals. Sales effectiveness: Demonstrate effective sales techniques and strategies to maximize sales revenue. Market knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to make informed sales decisions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
