As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored health and wellness solutions.
- Actively seek new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and social media platforms.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively pitching our products and services to potential clients.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients, assessing their goals and developing personalized plans to help them achieve optimum health and wellness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to identify potential business growth areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the health, wellness, or fitness industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge and understanding of health and wellness products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome obstacles.
- Highly motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
