Job Description
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
Identify sales opportunities and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions to keep up to date with product knowledge and sales techniques.
Create and maintain sales reports using Microsoft Excel.
