Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to generate new business opportunities and drive business growth across the assigned territory and customer segment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and recommending the right products and solutions from the company's portfolio. The role requires strong technical sales capabilities, solution selling expertise, customer relationship management, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
Successful candidates will be allocated one of the preferred work locations listed above while reporting to the Head Office in Manesar, Haryana.

The role involves promoting and selling solutions from the company's portfolio, including:
- Industrial Enclosures
- Wires & Cables
- Cable Connectors
- Cable Glands & Conduits
- Cable Trays
- Copper Flexibles
- MEP Supports
- Metering & HMI Solutions
- Instrument Transformers
- Line Chokes
Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduate with a Science/Technology background.
- Preference shall be given to candidates holding a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum required experience of two years working as a Sales Professional with a proven record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Knowledge of Industrial Electrical Systems.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational skills with diligent work ethics and strong attention to detail.
- Preference shall be given to candidates residing in or owning a house in the allocated/chosen location.
- A Master's degree in Marketing or related fields is desirable.
- Willingness to travel and relocate within India.
- Must possess a valid driving licence and preferably own a two-wheeler motor vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through customer acquisition and lead generation activities.
- Provide pre-sales support and onboard new clients.
- Understand the technical requirements and challenges of prospective clients and recommend tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Promote solution selling by aligning the company's product portfolio with customer requirements.
- Coordinate with technical teams to deliver effective product demonstrations, presentations, and commercial proposals.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business opportunities.
