Job Description
* Handling Various back end operations of sales department in the company.
* Handling day to day sales operations like order bookings, Preparation Performa Invoice/ Invoices etc.
* Correspondence and communication with customers
* Ensure customer complaint resolution within specified time frame
* Feedback and learning of the order to dispatch cycle
* To carry out any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
Skill-Set/ Competencies :
* Should be a graduate/ post graduate
* Should be well versed with MS Office especially with MS Excel
* Fluent in business English; both written and verbal communication skills
* The candidate should be extrovert by nature and should not hesitate to communicate with external agencies.
* Localized candidate will be preferred.
