Job Description
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
- Act as a liaison between sales team and other departments within the organization
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management
- Assist in the preparation and execution of sales presentations and proposals
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
- Organize and attend sales meetings, trade shows, and other events as needed
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up actions
