Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Cultivate relationships with key clients and maintain regular communication
- Manage and track sales projections and performance metrics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials
- Organize and attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation
- Provide training and support to the sales team to maximize performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales and marketing objectives
- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement to drive revenue growth.
Salary : for freshers – 15k , for experience – 30k
