Job Description
- Serve as primary point of contact for SAP FICO end user support at TCS
- Assist users with troubleshooting, training, and resolving system issues
- Collaborate with technical team to ensure smooth functioning of SAP FICO modules
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within FICO system
- Maintain and update user manuals and documentation for FICO processes
- Participate in testing and rollout of new features and enhancements in SAP FICO
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from FICO users
- Provide training to new FICO users on system functionality and best practices
- Stay up-to-date on latest SAP FICO developments and trends
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment of FICO system with business goals
