Job Description
We are for Relationship Officer – Direct Sales Team.
- Salary: INR 3 LPA plus Incentives.
- Sourcing home Loan files from builder, connector and open market.
- Daily builder visit and Connector visit for new lead
- Evaluate Credit & Financial History of customers.
- Engage With Customers & Clients To Determine Loan Needs.
- Prepare Loan Proposals.
- Process Loan Application & Documentation.
- Complete Loan Contracts.
- Advise Clients on Loan Policies & Restrictions.
- Maintain & Update Client Account Record.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a Graduate or Post Graduate from any reputed Indian University.
- Age should be less than 30 Yrs.
- Must have two-wheeler with valid Indian driving license.
- Work Experience – 0 to 5 Yrs. Fresher may also apply.
The Process:
- Apply: Candidates are required to apply for the specific zone and will be placed anywhere in that zone.
- Interview: All the candidates will attend a personal round of Interview conducted by the interview panelist from DCB Bank.
- Document verification: Selected applicants are required to submit scanned copy of documents (educational qualification, previous work- experience proof, address proof, identity proof and date of birth proof) and bank details.
- Conditional Offer Letter: All selected candidates will get their conditional offer letter in next 3 working days post their selection.
- Training at FABF: Selected applicants must undergo 2 weeks online training conducted by Fortune Academy of Banking and Finance.
- Training Fee: Training program fee is Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only), which includes all the expenses like Faculty, Training and Certification Cost. Training fee will be paid by Online Transfer only in favor of “FABF Career Services Pvt. LTD.” Payable at New Delhi.
- Certification: After successfully clearing the training program, candidates will be awarded as “Certificate in Housing Finance Sales Management” from Fortune Academy of Banking and Finance and DCB Bank. 100% Attendance during the program is compulsory.
- Join DCB Bank Immediately: Successful candidates, after clearing the evaluation during the training program, can join DCB Bank as Relationship Officer.
