The Relationship Manager at Optimhire is responsible for connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and fostering strong relationships to drive business growth and retention. Key duties include developing personalized strategies to enhance client satisfaction, identifying upsell opportunities, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Job Description

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow client accounts
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on key performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and challenges
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Foster trust and loyalty with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
