- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
- Provide guidance on insurance products and assist customers with understanding coverage options
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets by generating new business and retaining existing clients
- Conduct regular reviews to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to better serve customers
- Use CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
