Job Description

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Generate new business by identifying potential clients and opportunities for growth
- Provide personalized and tailored solutions to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up to date on industry trends and market changes to provide informed advice to clients
- Organize and attend client meetings, actively listening to their needs and proposing appropriate solutions
- Track client interactions and communications in CRM system for efficient follow-up and record-keeping
