Job Description
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients
- Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow client base
- Monitor client accounts, tracking progress and addressing any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Attend industry events and networking functions to expand client base
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on client activity and performance.
