Job Description
- Responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent for various roles within the organization
- Utilize business management skills to align recruiting efforts with company goals and objectives
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization
- Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members throughout the recruitment process
- Demonstrate leadership by guiding and mentoring recruiting team members
- Handle a team of recruiters and coordinate recruitment activities to ensure seamless execution
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to improve processes
- Build and maintain relationships with external sourcing partners and recruitment agencies
