Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure targets are met at Recruitment &team management division
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to enhance their skills
- Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment KPIs and make data-driven decisions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment processes
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards.
